Job summary

Lalamove in Singapore is seeking a Driver Operations Associate (Onboarding) to coordinate smooth onboarding for Driver Partners, verify documents, and resolve onboarding issues efficiently. You will handle walk-ins, WhatsApp and Zoho tickets, and support the call team during peak periods while maintaining accurate records and upholding quality standards across processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify Driver Partner documents and onboarding requirements.
• Provide professional and friendly support to Driver Partners through walk-in enquiries.
• Respond to Driver Partner enquiries via Zoho tickets, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Support onboarding and offboarding administrative processes.
• Manage callback requests related to onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide backup support for inbound/outbound calls during peak periods.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes.
• Work with Driver Operations team to meet targets and SLAs.
• Maintain records while ensuring compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
