The Singapore Wushu Dragon & Lion Dance Federation is seeking a capable operations and events professional to lead the Dragon & Lion Dance portfolio. You will coordinate events, manage budgets, and engage with coaches, judges, affiliates, and community partners to promote local and international cultural sports activities.

Based in Singapore, you will work with bilingual English and Chinese reporting, maintain memberships and course administration, and support committee meetings.

Formación

• Advanced/Higher Diploma or above in relevant field.
• At least 3 years in event operations, sports administration or community program management.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours, weekends or holidays as required.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese for bilingual reports/minutes.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all DLD events, courses, and fundraising initiatives.
• Lead operational execution for the National DLD Championship.
• Assist with cross-functional sports or cultural events when required.
• Act as the primary liaison for internal/external stakeholders, affiliate members, coaches, judges, and examiners.
• Oversee membership management, recruitment, retention, and database administration.
• Manage event budgets, receipts, and reports in English and Chinese.
• Conduct regular inventory stocktakes and asset management.
• Provide administrative support for general meetings and committee discussions, including bilingual minutes.
