Job summary

PURITEC TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to create complex designs, drafting and layout drawings, and large assemblies for water treatment and mechanical services in Singapore.

You will plan and coordinate your own work, produce schedules for assigned tasks, and collaborate with project personnel on site to ensure on-time completion. An engineering degree with 2 years’ experience is required; Revit, AutoCAD and BIM knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering with strong technical background.
• 2 years' experience in water/waste water, RO/DI, HVAC or mechanical services.
• Revit, AutoCAD and BIM knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organized, meticulous and a good team player.
• Able to commence work soon.

Responsibilities

• Create complex designs, drafting and layout drawings and large assemblies.
• Assist in resolving design issues and generate concepts with solutions.

• Coordinate with project personnel on site for progress, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of project.
• Provide full support to Management for all projects.
• Produce 3D CAD models, detailed drawings and BOMs of MEP systems.
• Manage and update 2D/3D facilities layouts and equipment models.
• Communicate with assemblers to develop ergonomic and use-friendly solutions.
• Develop engineering solutions to improve workflow and address mechanical problems.
• Coordinate with external companies for equipment production and CAD model sharing.
