Job summary

Puritec Technologies in Singapore is seeking an experienced Mechanical/Environmental Engineer to design complex layouts, draft drawings, and manage large assemblies for water, wastewater, RO/DI, HVAC and related mechanical services. You will coordinate with site teams, produce 3D CAD models and BOMs, share CAD files with external suppliers, and help optimize workflows with BIM and Revit.

A degree or diploma in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Diploma in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience in water/wastewater, RO/DI, HVAC or mechanical services.
• Revit, AutoCAD and BIM knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create complex designs, drafting and layout drawings as well as large assemblies.
• Plan and coordinate own work and produce schedules for assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with project personnel on site to ensure timely completion of work activities and procurement.
• Provide full support to management for all projects.
• Produced 3D CAD models, detailed drawings and BOMs of MEP systems.
• Communicate with assemblers to develop ergonomic and use-friendly solutions.
• Develop engineering solutions to improve workflow and address mechanical problems.
• Coordinate with external companies for equipment production and CAD model sharing.

• Assist in resolving design issues as well as generated design concepts and recommended solutions
• Plan and coordinate own work as well as produce schedules for assigned tasks
• Coordinates with all project related personnel on site on day-to-day progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of project
• Provide full support as required by the Management for all projects
• Produced 3D CAD models, detailed drawings and BOMS of MEP systems
• Managed, organized and updated 2D/3D facilities layouts and equipment models
• Communicate with assemblers to develop ergonomic and ease of use solutions
• Develop engineering solutions to improve workflow and address mechanical problems
• Coordinate with external companies for equipment production and CAD model sharing
• Bachelor degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Environmental Engineering with a strong technical or related background
• 2 years experiences in water waste water, RO/DI, HVAC or mechanical services
• Revit, AutoCAD and BIM knowledge is an advantage
