Job summary

MARKPOINT ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a BIM Modeller to lead the preparation of drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, develop BIM modelling, and implement BIM execution plans. You will coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure timely delivery with quality workmanship.

The role involves supporting project engineers and managers, keeping up with drafting technology, planning drawing requests, and reporting progress. Strong BIM and CAD proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in Plumbing, Sanitary and Gas services with at least 2 years of working experience in construction.
• Knowledgeable in the most recent version of AutoCAD & Revit software platforms.
• Able to read and understand engineering and architectural/structural/MEP drawings and documents.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM Modelling.
• Hardworking, effective, quick, able to perform independently under minimal supervision.
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am-5:30pm // Sat 8:30am-12:30pm

Responsibilities

• Assist project engineers and managers at all levels.
• Remain constantly updated with the drafting technology to maintain technical competency.
• Plan all drawing requests to meet the submission deadline.
• Report progress of works to project engineer, project manager, etc.
• Manage the implementation of BIM methodologies, processes and standards.
• Prepare modelling and shop drawings submission.
• Attend BIM meetings and coordinate with main contractor and consultant.
• Develop and produce constructible 3D drawing and M&E construction drawings, shop drawings to as-built drawings and produce drawing sets.
• Coordinate submission schedules, monitor modelling/update drawings and inform key personnel of any changes.
• Work closely with design engineers in preparing CAD/BIM drawings, identify clash and design issues and rise up to the project manager.
• Ad hoc assignments.

As a BIM Modeller, he/she has to be in-charge of preparation of drawings using relevant software platforms; i.e. AUTOCAD / Revit, etc.,develop BIM modelling, BIM execution plan & implementation, coordination of design & technical related matters with the Architect, Consultants, Clients, etc. to ensure delivery on time with acceptable quality of works.

Job Specifications/Requirements:
