Job summary

JOB LIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Plumbing & Sanitary Drafter for an M&E consulting firm. You will work with AutoCAD to create detailed drawings and layouts for plumbing systems.

Responsibilities include preparing complete working and tender drawings, updating modification drawings, and submitting drawings for authorities. Proficiency in PPR, stainless steel, copper piping, PVC, hubless fittings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• 2+ years drafting experience.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Use CAD to provide support to Engineers with detail drawings and layouts.
• Prepare complete, clear working and tender drawings for Plumbing & Sanitary by CAD.
• Maintain drawing records and update site modification drawings as needed.
• Design and draw in CAD without supervision.
• Prepare drawings and calculations for authority submission.

Candidate who can design P&S can demand a higher salary

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Using CAD to provide support to the Engineers by detail drawing , sketches , layout etc.
• Prepare complete , clear and accurate working and tender drawing and detail drawings for Plumbing & Sanitary by CAD
• Keep track and updates drawing of all the site modification if needed.
• Able to design and draw in CAD without supervision
• Prepare drawing and calculations for authority submission.
• Maintain drawing records and report.
• Well verse in PPR, Stainless Steel, Copper pipe for plumbing
• Well verse in PVC, Hubless pipe fitting and connections difference.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Result-driven, self motivated, positive working attitude and able to work independently.
• A good team player and able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
• Min 2 years drafting experience.

Salary depend on experience.
