Job summary

ENCASA ASIA EMPLOYMENT SERVICES LLP in Singapore (Hougang) is seeking a talented M&E Plumbing & Sanitary and Fire Protection designer for healthcare projects. Salary ranges from SGD 3,800 to SGD 4,800 plus variable bonuses, with Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.

You will design, develop, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and coordinate with clients and other disciplines. Excellent career progression and welfare benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit for P&S and Fire Protection design.
• Experience designing plumbing and fire protection systems for healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Plumbing & Sanitary and Fire Protection systems for healthcare projects.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements & authority submission.
• Liaise with clients & other disciplines.
