KAH ENGINEERING (1986) PTE LTD is seeking a drafting professional to produce and detail architectural and civil/structural drawings from design drafts in Jurong West, Singapore. You will translate design concepts into precise technical drawings via CAD tools and maintain rigorous revision control.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of drafting experience on diverse construction projects and is proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with strong planning and teamwork skills to thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in drafting for construction projects.
• Proficient with CAD software such as Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsabilités

• Draft and detail architectural and civil/structural drawings from design drafts.

• Produce and update detail drawings in line with requirements and submission standards.
• Revise drawings promptly based on design changes, RFIs or site instructions.

Job Description

• Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of architectural and civil & structural drawings from design drafts.
• Translate architects' and engineers' design concepts into accurate technical drawings using CAD software
• Produce and update detail drawings in compliance with building requirements and submission standards
• Revise and update drawings promptly based on design changes, RFIs or site instructions
• Maintain proper documentation, drawing registers and revision control

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in drafting, preferably on different scales of projects in construction industry.
• Good knowledge of software such as Revit, AutoCAD.
• Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works.
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
