Job summary

WITFLUX ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Drafting Technician to prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD, update layout changes, and ensure revision control.

You will coordinate M&E, P&S with arch and structural teams, and support project administration. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Singapore, familiarity with Nparks, Town Council, HDB projects, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must have strong AutoCAD drafting skills and clear English communication.
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience working in Singapore on local projects (Nparks, Town Council, HDB) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings, detail drawings, and AS-Built drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare coordination drawings (M&E, P&S with Archi & C&S drawing).
• Update AutoCAD files to reflect layout changes and ensure references are accurate.
• Ensure proper revision control of drawing files and documentation.
• Support project administration tasks including document management.
• Perform other ad-hoc drafting tasks to support project needs.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• -Proficiency in AutoCAD (Experience in Revit will be advantages)
• -Proficiency in Google Sketch-up
• -Proficient in English, with clear communication skills essential for team collaboration
• -Right attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• -Team player and result-oriented
• -Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• -Prepare drawings, detail drawings, and AS-Built drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and completeness for submission.
• -Prepare coordination drawings (M&E, P&S with Archi & C&S drawing)
• -Update AutoCAD files to reflect the latest layout changes and ensure that references are accurate.
• -Ensure proper revision control of drawing files and documentation.
• -Support project administration tasks including document management
• -Perform other ad-hoc drafting assigned by the Project Management Team to support project needs.
