Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd invites qualified candidates for the role of Drafter (Architectural & Structural) to detail architectural, civil, and structural drawings. Based in Hillview, the role uses CAD tools to translate design concepts into precise drawings and models.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Drafting or related fields with at least 2 years of experience and solid knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Building, Architecture, Civil Engineering or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in drafting, preferably on different scales of projects in construction industry
• Good knowledge of software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max and other relevant drafting software

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of architectural and civil & structural drawings from design drafts
• Translate architects’ and engineers’ design concepts into accurate technical drawings, using CAD software
• Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models where required using relevant CAD software.
• Revise and update drawings promptly based on design changes, RFIs or site instructions
• Maintain proper documentation, drawing registers and revision control

Our Client, a construction company specialising in general building, civil engineering and structural works, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Drafter (Architectural & Structural).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of architectural and civil & structural drawings from design drafts

• Translate architects’ and engineers’ design concepts into accurate technical drawings, using CAD software

• Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models where required using relevant CAD software.

• Revise and update drawings promptly based on design changes, RFIs or site instructions

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location : Hillview

• Working Days/Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

• Salary: Up till S$4,000 higher (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
