Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a Diploma or Degree qualified Drafter to handle general drafting for architectural and civil/structural drawings. Proficiency with CAD software is essential, with a minimum of two years in construction drafting.

Responsibilities include translating concepts into precise drawings, creating 2D and 3D models, updating documents, and maintaining revision control. Location is Hillview, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with a salary up to 4,000 SGD plus variable bonus and

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Building, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant drafting experience in construction projects.
• Good knowledge of CAD software and drawing standards.
• Experience with architectural, civil and structural drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Draft general drawing work including detailing architectural, civil and structural drawings from design drafts.
• Translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings using CAD software.
• Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models where required.
• Revise and update drawings promptly based on design changes, RFIs or site instructions.
• Maintain drawing registers and revision control.

• Up till $4,000 basic + Variable Bonus + AWS (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)

• Location: Hillview

• Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

• Specialisation in General Building Works

• Exposure to Architectural & Structural Projects

• Involvement in Building Construction & Upgrading Works

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of architectural and civil & structural drawings from design drafts

• Translate architects’ and engineers’ design concepts into accurate technical drawings, using CAD software

• Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models where required using relevant CAD software.

• Revise and update drawings promptly based on design changes, RFIs or site instructions

• Maintain proper documentation, drawing registers and revision control

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Building, Architecture, Civil Engineering or other relevant disciplines

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in drafting, preferably on different scales of projects in construction industry

• Good knowledge of software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max and other relevant drafting software

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
