Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to prepare Civil & Structural (C&S) drawings and develop BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Structural or Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with BCA standards and coordinating design changes. Applicants must possess a Revit certification and strong knowledge of Autodesk Building Suite software.

Competitive salary offered between $2,600 and $3,600 monthly.

• Working location: Upp Thomson / Bishan-AMK area
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare Civil & Structural (C&S) drawings for authority submission and construction using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop and update BIM models in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) BIM submission standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to incorporate design changes into drawings/models.
• Assist in preparation of structural documentation and detailing for submission and construction purposes.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality of all drafting outputs.

Requirements

• Diploma in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Possession of a Revit certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling and AutoCAD drafting.
• Strong knowledge of BIM processes and Autodesk Building Suite software, including Revit (Structure) and related tools.
