Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Drafter (Architectural & Structural) in Singapore to produce drawings and models from design drafts using CAD tools. The role focuses on detailing architectural and civil/structural drawings with adherence to revision control.

Requirements include a Diploma/ Degree in Drafting or related field and at least 2 years of drafting experience; proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3D Max is expected.

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Building, Architecture, Civil Engineering or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant drafting experience
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max

• Translate designs into accurate 2D drawings using CAD software.
• Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models as required.

Drafter (Architectural & Structural)

• Salary Range:$2500 basic to $4000 basic + Variable Bonus + AWS

• Company Industry: Contractor

• Working location: Hillview Terence (Bukit Gombak)

• Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of architectural and civil & structural drawings from design drafts

• Translate architects' and engineers' design concepts into accurate technical drawings, using CAD software

• Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models where required using relevant CAD software.

• Revise and update drawings promptly based on design changes, RFIs or site instructions

• Maintain proper documentation, drawing registers and revision control

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Building, Architecture, Civil Engineering or other relevant disciplines

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in drafting, preferably on different scales of projects in construction industry

• Good knowledge of software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max and other relevant drafting software
