Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts and plans based on design specs and project requirements
Ensure drawings comply with building codes, standards (e.g., BCA, ISO) and company guidelines
Liaise with Project team to develop detailing shop drawings and submission approvals
Maintain, update and manage all revisions of project drawings in a timely and organized manner
Organize and maintain drawings and documents in correct file locations per company standards
Apply drafting standards and conventions, ensuring accuracy, consistency and attention to detail
Communicate effectively with internal and external partners

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with the Project team for develop detailing shop drawings and submission approval.
Maintain, update, and manage all revisions of the project drawings in a timely and organized manner
Ensure drawings and related documents are properly organized, filed, and maintained in the correct file locations in accordance with the company standards and project requirements.
Apply sound knowledge of drafting standards and conventions, ensuring a high level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in all deliverables.
Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
