Job summary

XINDA CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Construction Drafter to produce and revise construction, shop and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, and to prepare architectural, structural and M&E drawings according to project needs.

You will coordinate with project managers, site teams and consultants, update drawings with site conditions, and prepare as-built drawings after works. Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read complex drawings are essential; knowledge of Revit/BIM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Certificate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building, Drafting or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Able to read and understand architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
• Knowledge of construction methods and building details will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with project and site teams.
• Knowledge of Revit / BIM will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise construction drawings, shop drawings and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.

• Conduct site visits and take site measurements when required.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project specifications and requirements.
• Assist in quantity measurement and material calculation based on drawings when required.
• Perform other drafting and project coordination duties as assigned by the company.
