Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a field interviewer to assist in surveys across Singapore. You will support online and paper-based questionnaires, travel islandwide to dormitories, and help achieve survey targets.

You will maintain accurate daily productivity reports and handle respondent queries with professionalism. The role requires at least a diploma and 1 year of experience, with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Comfortable travelling islandwide for field assignments.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys through online platforms or paper-based questionnaires.
• Ensure all manually collected survey responses are accurately entered into the system.
• Conduct field visits to assigned dormitories across Singapore.
• Work closely with team members to achieve assigned survey completion targets.

• Record and update case notes accurately in the system.

Location: Islandwide (Dormitory-based fieldwork), reporting office is at Novena

Working Days: 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday (Rostered schedule)

Working Hours: 830am to 6pm / 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM (Based on roster, may be changed based on business needs)

Contract Period: Immd to 28 February 2027 (Targeted)
