Job summary

The role focuses on monitoring contractors against contracts and KPIs, ensuring compliance with BCA/SCDF/NEA/MOM, and maintaining safety and efficiency. You will manage preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing and electrical, and keep asset registers up to date.

Job description

Facility Operations

• Oversee and manage all aspects of building operations (dorms & main factory), including M&E systems, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and pest control.
• Monitor and ensure performance of contractors and service providers according to contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Conduct regular building inspections and audits to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure all building operations comply with Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), National Environment Agency (NEA), and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage documentation for mandatory inspections, such as Fire Safety Certificate, Periodic Structural Inspections, Lift and Escalator Maintenance.
• Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations, including Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.

Maintenance Management

• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for building systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Manage asset registers and ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning optimally.
