Job summary

National University of Singapore is seeking an Assistant Senior Manager/Senior Manager (Development) to lead strategic fundraising and donor engagement for the NUS Business School. You will manage donor relations, develop campaigns, and coordinate opportunities across the School’s priorities.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and project-management skills, capable of guiding donors from cultivation to closure and reporting impact to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with strong fundraising experience or transferable skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships, engage stakeholders and drive revenue-generating efforts.
• Experience in higher education or philanthropy is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising initiatives to support School priorities.
• Manage donor relations, stewardship, and donor recognition activities.
• Prepare impact reports and proposals for leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead prospect research, portfolio management and pipeline development.
• Coordinate donor events and campaigns to maximise engagement.
