Job summary

World Vision Singapore is seeking a capable analyst to support donor engagement and sponsorship processing. You will contribute to improving donor retention, growing sustainable funding, and delivering actionable insights from data.

The role involves developing and maintaining donor-management processes, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with field offices to resolve data queries while enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline, preferably with exposure to information systems or business data analysis.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, process improvement, or business analytics.
• Experience in a non-profit or customer-facing environment is an advantage.
• Demonstrates passion for excellence in servicing donors and their needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to map processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in applying IT and AI tools to improve work productivity.

Responsibilities

• Operational support on processing sponsorships and donations.
• Engage donors to provide a seamless and fulfilling experience.
• Update and safeguard donor information and donor-management system integrity.
• Identify opportunities for automation, system integration, and process optimisation.
• Develop user manuals and data-processing documentation.
• Maintain the sponsorship database and coordinate with field offices.
