Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline, preferably with exposure to information systems or business data analysis.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, process improvement, or business analytics.
• Experience in a non-profit or customer-facing environment is an advantage.
• Demonstrates passion for excellence in servicing donors and their needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to map processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in applying IT and AI tools to improve work productivity.

This role is part of the Supporter Engagement Team and will contribute to improving donor engagement and retention, growing sustainable funding for the ministry, and enabling World Vision Singapore to fulfil its promise to donors through meaningful and consistent engagement. The role will also generate actionable insights through data analysis and enhance the operational efficiency of donor engagement by improving the systems and processes that support sponsorship and donation processing.

Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

• Operational support on matters related to the processing of sponsorships and other donations.
• Engagement with donors to facilitate a seamless and fulfilling experience.
• Update and safeguard donor information and donor management system integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Part of a core project team for the identification and implementation of the next-generation Donor Management System (DMS).
• Review existing workflows and Identify opportunities for automation, system integration and process optimsiation.
• Develop user manuals, standard operating procedures and data-processing documentation.
• Maintain the sponsorship database, coordinate with field offices to resolve data queries.
• Ensure smooth donor experience and timely processing of donations and care gifts for children.
• Provide essential backup for processing of all sponsorship donations.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in any discipline, preferably with exposure to information systems, business data analysis.
• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, process improvement, business analytics, experience in a non‑profit or customer‑facing environment is an advantage.
• Demonstrates passion for excellence with respect to servicing donors and their needs to help the poor.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to map processes, spot inefficiencies and design pragmatic solutions.
• Experience in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of Python for data management or automation is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge in application of IT and AI tools for improving work productivity
