Job summary

UNITED SINGAPORE BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated on-site administrator to handle document control and coordination for our civil LTA construction project in Singapore.

You will support the Design and Operation Teams, ensuring timely handling of project documents, correspondence, and communication with consultants and clients, while maintaining orderly records and supporting ad-hoc admin duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration and document control on construction projects.
• Proficient computer skills to manage electronic documentation and communication.
• O Level certification or higher.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks and document control for project teams, ensuring timely communication with consultants and clients.
• Manage daily document control for the design team and coordinate exchanges with consultants and clients (LTA).
