Job summary

PAS People’s Association is seeking a Manager (Projects) to lead community programmes in the South East district. You will drive partnerships with corporate, community, and social sector partners to support vulnerable residents and strengthen collaboration across the district.

The role focuses on programme delivery, partnership engagement, and governance compliance, contributing to a unified, caring community. Appropriate government liaison and event support are key components of the position.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee existing SE CDC community programmes across the Aljunied GRC cluster.
• Establish and grow ClubSE100 by recruiting members and organising events.
• Coordinate Adopt a Block @ South East to align community needs with corporate resources.
• Cultivate relationships with GROs, schools, govt agencies to develop joint programmes.
• Support CDC Standing Committee operations with agendas, minutes and progress reports.
• Conduct needs assessments to inform programme design and partnerships.
