PAS People's Association in Singapore seeks a Manager (Partnerships & Programmes) to design, strategise and oversee community programmes at the CS CDC level. You will engage stakeholders including disability groups and partner committees, lead large-scale signature programmes, and manage grants from application to reporting.

The role requires strong English, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of the disability landscape and community in Singapore is advantageous.
• Strong organisational abilities with project timeline management and reporting.
• Excellent proficiency in English; second language is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging partners and stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Conceptualise, strategise and manage community programmes.
• Co-plan and review concept, strategies and management of programmes.
• Engage stakeholders to achieve desired programme outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end project management and planning for key programmes.
