Job summary

Nexus Management Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Distribution Operations Coordinator in Singapore to support and supervise day-to-day operations, plan schedules, allocate resources, and resolve issues. The role involves optimizing processes, reporting targets, and participating in staff recruitment and training.

The candidate should hold a Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate (or be willing to attend a course) and wear appropriate uniform.

Qualifications

• Must have Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate; if not, candidate must be prepared to attend course.
• Attire: polo tee, black long pants, and black covered shoes (without logo/design).
• Physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Support / supervise/ monitor operations schedules.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule, work activities, resources and equipment.
• Identify / propose efficiency improvements; problem solving.
• Resolve operations issues, conflicts / emergencies.
• Report attendance, tracking targets achievement.
• Recruitment / selection / staff training.
• Other duties as per instructed.
