Job summary

Nexus Management Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to support and supervise operations schedules, plan and coordinate activities, resources and equipment on site.

You will identify efficiency improvements, resolve operations issues, and report attendance while contributing to target tracking. The role also involves recruitment, selection and staff training. Salary starts from SGD 2,500 per month, with meals provided and CPF/work-injury coverage.

Qualifications

• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene certificate required; candidates without certificate must be prepared to enroll in a course.
• Physically fit to handle on-site inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support / supervise/ monitor operations schedules on site.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule, work activities, resources and equipment.
• Identify / propose efficiency improvements and solve problems.
• Resolve operations issues, conflicts / emergencies.
• Report attendance and tracking of targets achievement.
• Recruitment / selection / staff training.
• Other duties as instructed.
