Job summary

FWD Insurance Singapore seeks a Distribution Operations Manager to partner with the distribution team, ensuring onboarding/offboarding of distribution partners, governance and regulatory compliance for FA and broker channels, and accurate commission tracking.

You will oversee UAT, IT liaison, SOP maintenance, and ad hoc events support, driving improvements to deliver superior service to clients and advisers in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in life insurance operations or FA/Insurance Broker environments
• Attention to detail and accuracy in admin tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Capable of taking initiative and driving process improvements

Responsibilities

• Provide distribution partner onboarding and offboarding, including agreements, commissions, and due diligence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance checklists and SOPs are maintained for FA, IFA, broker channels.
• Track and report commissions and incentive campaigns; prepare advisor-related reports.
• Lead UAT and IT liaison for distribution projects; support product launches and system changes.
• Maintain SOPs, drive improvements, and be the main contact for partner firm administrators.
• Support distribution events and seminars as needed.
