Job summary

FWD Group in Singapore is seeking a Distribution Support Manager to work closely with the distribution team, ensuring smooth downstream processes and governance over the quality of business from FA channels.

You will oversee onboarding of partners, manage commission and incentive tracking, handle UAT and IT issues, support product launches, and drive SOP improvements to maximise sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline is required.
• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in life insurance operations.
• Strong admin skills with high accuracy and self-starter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide distribution support to IFA, High Net Worth Broker and Bermuda Branch channel.
• On and off boarding of distribution partners and governance of SOPs.
• Handle commission and distribution campaign tracking and payments.
• Manage UAT and IT issues for the distribution team.
• Lead post-internal audit controls and SOP improvements.
