Job summary

Chanel is seeking a distribution center leader to manage a high-performing team, ensuring exemplary order fulfillment and inventory health in a fast-paced environment.

You will track KPIs, manage stock accuracy, and implement process improvements while leading digital adoption initiatives such as Power BI to optimize operations. Strong leadership and communication will be essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse Management or related discipline.
• Leadership, collaboration and people management skills.
• Project management & Digital adoption skills (Power BI preferred).
• Spoken and written English. Chinese proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cohesive team to meet service levels and productivity targets.
• Plan and allocate resources to ensure availability of people, processes and equipment.
• Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements in accuracy, service level and cost.

Job description

• Manage and lead an effective and cohesive team which can work towards the target, and to monitor the performance and productivity of the team in achieving our brand performance, financial health, leadership & people strength, sustainability and client engagement objectives.

Warehouse Management

• Ensure perfect service with best-in-class order fulfillment, reasonable inventory level and healthy stock turnover for both merchandise and non-merchandise in the warehouse
• Monitor and drive operational KPIs including productivity, service level, inventory accuracy, quality, safety and cost performance.
• Analyze operational trends and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Ensure inventory integrity through cycle count execution, stock reconciliation, investigation of variances and implementation of corrective actions.

Process Improvement

• Proactively work and lead the team to identify improvement opportunities, effectively apply any changes to warehouse processes and design to achieve improvements in operational performance
• Support and lead supply chain projects related to warehouse digitalization, automation, process optimization and new business requirements.

Leadership

• Promote the highest standards of inter and intra team communication, and to deliver operational and customer service excellence within own team and cross functionally
• Regularly report key operational updates to the Distribution Center Manager and suggest ways to improve operations
