Job summary

Chanel is seeking a Warehouse Senior Assistant in Singapore to support safe, accurate and efficient warehouse operations across divisions and floor levels. You will perform checks, assist in administrative tasks and guide less-experienced assistants in procedures and system transactions.

You will rotate across divisions per shift, maintain accurate stock records, and contribute to process improvements while upholding safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and email.
• At least five years of relevant logistics or warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform full range of warehouse logistics activities: receiving, inspecting, storing, transferring and labeling goods to maintain accurate inventory.
• Protect product quality and order accuracy through quantity and quality checks at receipt and before delivery, including picking and packing.
• Identify stock or operational discrepancies and elevate issues with clear information.
• Maintain stock records with scheduled cycle counts (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly).
• Support workload flexibility by rotating across divisions or floor levels for each shift as directed by the manager.
• Complete simple administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and email.

Job description

As a Warehouse Senior Assistant within the Distribution Center team in Singapore, you will support safe, accurate and efficient warehouse operations across divisions and floor levels. Reporting to the Warehouse Senior Associate, you will carry out the full range of warehouse activities, perform initial checks on discrepancies, complete basic administrative tasks and guide less-experienced assistants in operational procedures and system transactions.

• Complete simple administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools, including updating Excel sheets and writing and sending emails.
• Guide less-experienced assistants on operational procedures and system transactions to support consistent execution.
• Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work environment through warehouse housekeeping, proper care of equipment and compliance with workplace safety and health requirements.
• Share operational feedback and support approved process improvements that strengthen service quality and efficiency.
• Support supervisors with ad hoc operational tasks and complete them within the stipulated timeline.
