Qualifications

• Experienced in physical oil operations, ideally distillates or fuel oil.
• Hands-on with nominations, scheduling and contract execution, and comfortable with charterparty terms and demurrage.

Responsibilities

• Physical cargo operations from nomination and scheduling through loading, discharge and close out.
• Daily contact with traders, charterers, counterparties, terminals, owners, agents and surveyors.
• Vessel movements and schedules watched closely enough that delays get solved rather than reported.
• Documentation, invoicing, reconciliation, laytime, demurrage and claims.
• Inventory, storage and blending where it applies.
• Compliance with HSSE, sanctions and internal risk, without making it the whole job.
