Job summary

Achieve Group in Singapore is supporting an international energy trading organisation expanding its physical operations team. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day physical operations and logistics for middle distillates, from pre-fixture to post-delivery.
• Coordinate with terminals, surveyors, shipowners, agents and suppliers on loading, discharge, storage and blending.
• Prepare and manage operational and shipping documentation; monitor inventory and product specs.
• Support traders with real-time operational updates and assist with issues, demurrage follow-up.

Job description

We are supporting a well-established international energy trading organisation in Singapore that is expanding its physical operations team. This role sits within the trading support function and is responsible for the end-to-end operational execution of middle distillates cargoes, working closely with traders and external counterparties to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant delivery.

What you will be doing:

You will manage the day-to-day physical operations and logistics for middle distillates trading, including products such as gasoil and diesel. The role covers cargo execution from pre-fixture through to post-delivery, ensuring activities are carried out in line with contractual terms, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate with terminals, surveyors, shipowners, agents, and suppliers on loading, discharge, storage, and blending activities. You will prepare and manage operational and shipping documentation, monitor inventory and product specifications, support traders with real-time operational updates, and assist with execution issues, demurrage follow-up, and process improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for:

You should have hands-on operations experience within an oil, energy, or commodities trading environment, with direct exposure to middle distillates physical execution. You are detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced trading floor environment. Strong coordination and communication skills, along with a structured and proactive working style, are key to success in this role.
