Job summary

Achieve Group in Singapore is supporting an international energy trading organisation expanding its physical operations team. The role sits in the trading support function and handles end-to-end operational execution of middle distillates cargoes, coordinating with traders and external counterparties to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on operations experience in oil/energy/commodities trading with middle distillates.
• Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and able to work on a fast-paced trading floor.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with a proactive working style.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day physical operations and logistics for middle distillates, from pre-fixture to post-delivery.
• Coordinate with terminals, surveyors, shipowners, agents and suppliers on loading, discharge, storage and blending.
• Prepare and manage operational and shipping documentation; monitor inventory and product specs.
• Support traders with real-time operational updates and assist with issues, demurrage follow-up.
