Job summary

• Experience in dispute management, chargebacks or payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Assistant Financial Controller in managing credit card disputes across all payment collection platforms and applications.
• Conduct thorough investigations into credit card disputes, chargebacks, and fraud-related cases to support fund recovery efforts.
• Prepare, review, and submit dispute documentation and case files per card scheme requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain knowledge of dispute lifecycle: chargeback processing, representment, pre-arbitration, and arbitration.
