Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an experienced professional to assist the Assistant Financial Controller with credit card disputes across all platforms. You will investigate chargebacks, fraud cases, and prepare documentation to support recovery.

You will analyze records, manage escalations, and collaborate with internal teams while ensuring adherence to card scheme rules and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with card scheme regulations and dispute platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Assistant Financial Controller in managing credit card disputes across all payment platforms.
• Conduct investigations into credit card disputes, chargebacks, and fraud-related cases to support fund recovery.
• Prepare, review, and submit dispute documentation and case files per card scheme requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of the dispute lifecycle, including representment and arbitration stages.
• Manage dispute escalation processes and provide timely communication to stakeholders.
• Analyze transaction records to build strong dispute cases for recovery.
• Review arbitration cases and provide recommendations aligned with guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries related to chargeback and arbitration cases clearly and professionally.
• Support Accounts Receivable in reviewing refunds.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Financial Controller.
