Job summary

Singtel Singapore is seeking a Director of Strategy & Transformation to drive the overall strategy, corporate transformation (including AI initiatives), and end-to-end business planning for Singtel Singapore’s business units. You will lead a fast-paced team in the CEO's Office, shaping priorities and ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Executive MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
• At least 5 years in management consulting, strategy, transformation, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Proficiency with data analytics and Power BI.

Responsibilities
