Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking an AI Portfolio Management & Commercialization Lead to own integrated portfolio performance across Singtel's AI use cases, ensuring investments are prioritized and risks addressed for enterprise scale and commercialization.

You will translate complex portfolio information into clear, executive narratives for the Chief AI Officer and senior leadership, shaping strategy, governance and value realization throughout the AI transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead the integrated management of Singtel’s enterprise AI portfolio, connecting strategy, investment, delivery, adoption and value realization.
Drive portfolio prioritisation, sequencing and governance, balancing strategic impact, execution readiness, risk, dependencies and resource constraints.
Establish a clear, decision-ready view of portfolio health for executive forums and identify systemic issues and interventions.
Orchestrate senior cross-functional interventions across business, product, technology, data, finance, legal and risk teams as escalation points for material issues.
Synthesize multiple value pools and create enterprise narratives to inform leadership decisions and commercialization readiness.
