Job summary

Achieve Group in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager for Silicon Photonics and KGD wafer test solutions. You will own the strategic roadmap, product definition, and market success of automated wafer-level test systems, interfacing with engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver high-throughput, high-accuracy testing equipment and software.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physics, Electrical/Optical Engineering, Materials Science or related technical field.
• MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for SiPh wafer probers, optical instrumentation, or related ATE software.
• Collaborate with engineering across optical, electrical, software, and mechanical disciplines to deliver sub-micron active alignment and multi-site probing capabilities.
• Validate performance metrics (GR&R, cycle times, throughput) to ensure competitiveness.
• Develop GTM strategies, value propositions, and collateral for global sales and field applications teams.
• Represent the organization as a subject matter expert at conferences and customer reviews.
