Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a commercially driven Marketing / Strategic Marketing professional to support growth and market positioning of an innovative Silicon Photonics technology company. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in technology marketing, product marketing, strategy, business development or strategic partnerships within an international tech environment.

Semiconductor/photonics experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Science, Technology or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in technology marketing, product marketing, strategy, business development, partnerships or related commercial functions.
Experience in international / multinational technology environments preferred.
Strong commercial and strategic mindset with ability to communicate technology-driven value propositions.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing and market development initiatives for Silicon Photonics and related technology solutions.
Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis and industry research to identify new market opportunities.
Develop positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies for technology products and solutions.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling value propositions for customers, partners and stakeholders.
Support customer engagement, strategic partnerships and ecosystem development across international markets.
Work with technical, product, engineering and commercial teams to align product capabilities with market requirements.
Represent the company at industry conferences, technology events, and customer meetings.
Develop marketing materials, presentations, market reports and executive communications.
Build relationships with customers, technology partners, industry organisations and ecosystem stakeholders.
Support management in identifying new business opportunities and strategic growth initiatives.
