Job summary

Klook is building a Pricing Platform & Intelligence team to decide price with evidence. As Associate Director, Pricing Platform & Intelligence, you will own the foundation end to end, discovering competitor products and prices, and feeding pricing decisions with robust intelligence.

This leader-operator role sets the strategy and standards for the platform, while staying close to the detail to ensure accuracy across documents, metrics and numbers published by the team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pricing operations, competitive intelligence, analytics or marketplace operations.
• 3+ years leading a team.
• Analytical rigour with strong SQL and data reconciliation.
• Structured problem solving with end-to-end ownership.
• Technical partnership with engineering/R&D on data pipelines and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Competitive-intelligence pipeline: discovery, mapping and crawling.
• Define and own the competitor benchmarking framework with BD, Operations and Vertical Planning.
• Own the end-to-end process from competitor discovery through insights.
