Job summary

Citigroup Inc. seeks a senior regional Payment & Liquidity Sales Director in Singapore to lead complex cash management deals for multinational clients across Asia Pacific. You will drive revenue by tailoring multi-product TTS solutions, building relationships and guiding deal strategy from RFI/RFP through close.

You’ll coordinate internal approvals, support cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of value to corporate treasuries while leveraging Citi’s global network and market expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree is Good To Have.
• 15+ years of banking experience, with at least 10+ years of relevant transaction banking sales experience.
• Should be an accomplished Product, Sales, and Customer orientated person with ability to marry client needs and Citi’s product capabilities.
• Has good knowledge of cash management products and how to deal with challenges faced by corporate treasuries.

Responsibilities

• Plays a leading role in setting and executing overall deal strategy for each deal, including solution structuring, pricing strategy and negotiation.
• Responsible for coordinating internal deal processes e.g. obtaining internal approvals / sign-off, closing, handover to implementation.
• Accountable for delivering against client deal wins and acting as a center of expertise in cash management solutioning.
• Supports building profitable, long-term client relationships and orchestrating delivery of superior products and services to corporate clients.
• Works with external stakeholders to address customers’ needs through responses and marketing materials.
• Prepares responses to global/regional tenders to develop and deliver high quality RFIs/RFPs.
• Develops presentations and collateral for proactive engagements to gain client mind share.
