Job summary

Cisco is seeking a seasoned regional leader to drive Splunk’s partner business across India, ASEAN, Greater China and Korea within the APJC region. The role emphasizes second-line leadership, executive relationship building, and translating partner strategy into executable plans.

The successful candidate will guide partner sales managers, coordinate Cisco and Splunk resources, and navigate evolving partner motions to sustain growth and customer adoption.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in partner, channel, alliances or indirect-sales leadership within the technology industry.
• Proven second-line leadership experience, including leading managers and geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Splunk partner business across the region, driving revenue, pipeline, customer adoption and sustainable partner-led growth.
• Set regional priorities and ensure disciplined execution across partner recruitment, activation, enablement, demand generation and joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with senior partner executives and position Splunk as a strategic platform for Security, Observability and data-driven innovation.
• Develop and execute multi-year partner strategies and joint business plans aligned with regional sales priorities and financial objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop Partner Sales managers and their teams, building a high-performance culture with clear accountability.
• Orchestrate Splunk and Cisco sales, technical, marketing, services and partner resources to advance strategic opportunities and resolve execution barriers.
