YZi Labs seeks an experienced Director, Global Treasury to lead and scale our global treasury operations across fiat and digital assets. This hands-on leadership role will deliver operational excellence in liquidity management, payments, settlements, reconciliation, and treasury infrastructure.

You will lead a global team, optimize processes, and build scalable capabilities to support a fast-growing business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Treasury, Banking, Asset Management, Crypto, FinTech, Technology.
• Experience leading treasury operations, liquidity management, payments, or financial operations within a global organization.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, liquidity management, reconciliation, payment infrastructure, cash management and operational risk controls.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

What You’ll Do

We are looking for an experienced Director, Global Treasury to lead and scale our global

treasury operations across fiat and digital assets.

This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for delivering operational excellence across

treasury, liquidity management, payments, settlements, reconciliation, and treasury

infrastructure. You will lead a global team, optimize treasury processes, and build scalable

operational capabilities that support a fast‑growing global business.

1. Treasury Operations

Lead end-to-end global treasury operations across fiat, stablecoins, and digital assets.

Own payment execution, settlements, reconciliation, cash positioning, and treasury

workflows across banks, exchanges, custodians, OTC counterparties, and on‑chain

infrastructure.

Ensure treasury operations are accurate, efficient, scalable, and well‑controlled across

multiple entities and regions.

Continuously improve treasury processes, controls, and operating procedures to support

business growth.

2. Liquidity Management & Operational Excellence

Manage enterprise‑wide liquidity across multiple banking partners, exchanges,

custodians, and wallets.

Oversee liquidity forecasting, capital movements, and daily cash positioning to ensure

operational readiness.

Monitor counterparty exposure, operational risk, settlement risk, and payment

performance.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements that increase efficiency,

reduce risk, and enhance treasury performance.

Drive optimization initiatives to improve capital utilization, payment efficiency, and

operational resilience.

3. Treasury Systems & Automation

Lead the enhancement of treasury systems and operational infrastructure.

Drive automation across payments, settlements, reconciliation, reporting, and treasury

monitoring.

Leverage AI tools and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency, anomaly

detection, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy.

Develop dashboards and operational metrics to provide real‑time visibility into treasury

performance.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing global treasury team (10+ members).

Build a culture of accountability, execution excellence, continuous improvement, and

operational discipline.

Establish scalable operating procedures, service levels, and performance metrics across

the treasury function.

Coordinate closely with Finance, Trading, Investment, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and

Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

5. Cross-functional & External Coordination

Manage day‑to‑day relationships with banks, payment providers, exchanges, custodians,

OTC counterparties, and treasury infrastructure partners.

Partner with Trading and Investment teams to support liquidity deployment and funding

requirements.

Coordinate treasury activities across multiple internal stakeholders to ensure efficient

execution and operational alignment.

Support treasury expansion into new markets, banking relationships, payment channels,

and infrastructure providers.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Treasury, Banking, Asset Management, Crypto,

FinTech, Technology, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.

Experience in Banking, Asset Management, Crypto, FinTech, and/or Technology is

highly preferred, with the ability to operate across both traditional finance and

Proven experience leading treasury operations, liquidity management, payments, or

financial operations within a global organization.

Deep expertise in treasury operations, liquidity management, reconciliation, payment

infrastructure, cash management, and operational risk controls.

Strong understanding of banking networks, payment rails, settlement systems,

custodians, exchanges, and digital asset infrastructure.

Experience managing multi‑entity, multi‑currency, and cross‑border treasury operations.

Demonstrated experience leading high‑performing teams (10+ preferred).

Strong operational mindset with a proven ability to scale processes, improve execution,

and optimize complex operational workflows.

Hands‑on experience implementing automation, AI tools, or technology solutions to

improve treasury operations and operational efficiency.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in fast‑paced,

cross‑functional environments.

Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Crypto, Web3, Stablecoins, or DeFi ecosystems.

Familiarity with exchanges, custody providers, OTC trading, treasury management

systems, or payment platforms.

Experience in proprietary trading, market making, digital payments, or high‑volume

financial operations.

Track record of building or scaling treasury operations in a high‑growth company.
