Job summary

Bitdeer, a Singapore-headquartered leader in Bitcoin mining and AI cloud, seeks a Senior Treasury Analyst to manage fiat and crypto treasury operations, ensuring accurate payments, reconciliations, and reporting across both fiat and on-chain assets.

You will work with Accounting, Finance, Compliance, IT/Security and external banks/exchanges to improve controls and implement tooling, with emphasis on asset position reporting and variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in treasury operations or back-office functions.

Responsibilities

• Fiat Treasury Operations: process domestic and international wire transfers, maintain bank accounts, support AML/KYC.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: daily cash and bank reconciliations; month/quarter-end reporting.
• Crypto Operations: manage wallet custody, crypto transfers/settlements, on-chain reconciliation, and AML/compliance checks.
• Controls & Reporting: maintain logs, support tooling and custody solutions.
• General: update SOPs; assist audits; work on ad hoc treasury projects.

Job Summary

The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting day-to-day treasury back-office operations, with a dual focus on traditional fiat treasury activities and digital asset (crypto) operations. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of payment processing, bank and wallet reconciliations, and treasury reporting across both fiat and crypto rails. The Senior Treasury Analyst will split time roughly evenly between conventional treasury support (payments, bank administration, reconciliations) and crypto-specific operations (wallet transfers, exchange settlements, custody monitoring, and on‑chain reconciliation). This role works closely with Accounting, Finance, Compliance, IT/Security (for wallet and custody matters), and external banking and exchange partners to maintain strong operational controls and support the Treasury Manager (Crypto) and Head of Back Office in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Fiat Treasury Operations

• Payment Support: Assist with processing domestic and international wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with authorization matrices.
• Bank Account Administration: Support bank account maintenance, documentation, and user access updates; track banking fees and assist with AML/KYC requirements.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform daily cash and bank balance reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies or failed transactions; assist with month‑end and quarter‑end reporting deliverables.
• Transaction Support: Assist with confirmation and settlement of treasury deals, including FX and money market transactions.

Crypto Operations

• Wallet & Custody Management: Monitor and reconcile digital asset wallets across hot, warm, and cold storage; track balances and movements against internal records.
• Exchange & Counterparty Settlement: Process and confirm crypto transfers, exchange trades, and settlements with exchanges, custodians, and OTC counterparties.
• On‑Chain Reconciliation: Reconcile on‑chain transaction data against internal ledgers and accounting records; investigate discrepancies between blockchain records and internal systems.
• Controls & Compliance: Support multi‑signature/approval workflows for crypto transfers, maintain transaction logs, and assist with AML/compliance checks specific to digital asset movements.
• Reporting: Prepare crypto treasury reports, including asset positions, movement summaries, and variance analysis.
• Process Support: Assist in evaluating and implementing crypto treasury tooling, custody solutions, and operational workflow improvements.

General

• Maintain and help update SOPs covering both fiat and crypto treasury processes.
• Support internal and external audit requests related to treasury and digital asset operations.
• Other ad hoc treasury projects and initiatives as assigned.

How You Will Stand Out

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in treasury operations, financial operations, or a related back‑office function
• Familiarity with digital assets/cryptocurrency — wallet structures, exchange operations, blockchain transaction basics — required; direct crypto operations experience is a strong plus
• Understanding of cross‑border payments and international payment types
• Comfortable working with treasury/banking platforms and exchange or custody platforms
• High attention to detail and strong reconciliation/analytical skills, particularly across fiat and on‑chain data sources
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with Compliance, Accounting, and technical teams
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with less‑established processes
• Strong sense of accountability and discretion given exposure to sensitive financial and transaction data
