We are seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to oversee liquidity, FX and derivatives exposure, and crypto-based payment flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Proven treasury experience with FX and derivatives risk management.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to oversee liquidity management, foreign exchange and derivatives exposure, and crypto-based payment flows. This role combines strategic risk oversight with hands-on treasury operations to optimize liquidity, mitigate FX and digital-asset risks, and ensure accurate, timely settlements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations, liquidity management, LP relationships
• Maintain and optimize short and medium-term cashflow forecasts; ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and strategic needs.
• Monitor, measure and manage FX exposures across business units; develop and implement hedging strategies using spot, forwards, swaps, NDF and FX options.
• Execute FX and FX derivatives transactions in accordance with policy; approve counterparties and limit usage where required.
• Knowledge on Crypto on/off ramps, reconcile transactions.
• Develop controls, procedures and operational workflows for crypto payments and FX settlements to ensure timely, compliant, and auditable execution.
• Manage treasury risk metrics (VaR, stress tests, sensitivity analysis) and prepare regular reporting for senior management.
• Implement and maintain treasury systems, payment rails and reconciliations; drive automation and process improvements.
• Supervise, mentor and develop treasury analysts; coordinate with accounting team
• Establish and report KPIs: liquidity metrics, FX P&L, hedging effectiveness, cash conversion cycles, and operational SLAs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
• Proven treasury experience, with proven hands-on experience in FX and FX derivatives risk management.
• Demonstrable experience managing crypto-based payment flows, settlement processes, custodians and related operational/compliance issues.
• Strong cashflow forecasting and liquidity management skills.
• Deep knowledge of FX products (spot, forwards, swaps, options) and practical hedging strategies.
• Familiar with treasury systems, TMS, and bank/payment APIs; experience integrating crypto wallets/exchanges preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, Excel modeling and exposure reporting; experience with risk analytics and stress testing.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory and accounting treatment for FX derivatives and crypto transactions.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to present complex treasury positions to senior stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong internal controls mindset, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive, commercial mindset with strong problem-solving orientation.
• Good judgment, integrity and discretion handling sensitive financial information.
• Ability to lead a small team and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACT, ACI, CFA) is a plus.
