Job summary

KRISV CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior Treasury professional to strengthen ALM and FTP frameworks and to drive liquidity management and funding strategy across regional operations.

You will collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance and Operations, oversee funding structures, and ensure adherence to MAS Basel BCBS and internal policies, while supporting automation initiatives using M365 tools.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of treasury experience within banking or financial markets.
• Strong hands-on experience in ALM, FTP and liquidity management.
• Experience developing or implementing an ALM/FTP framework or programme is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of MAS and Basel/BCBS liquidity requirements.
• Experience in funding strategy, liquidity risk and balance-sheet management.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg for treasury/trading and risk management.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Support the regional Asset & Liability Management (ALM) framework, policies and governance.
• Develop and implement Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) methodologies and internal funding curves.
• Support liquidity management, funding strategy and balance-sheet efficiency.
• Assist in establishing funding/issuance structures, including funding mix and issuance appetite models.
• Monitor treasury dealing activities covering money markets, FX and interest-rate management.
• Monitor and report liquidity risk appetite, limits and key treasury metrics to senior management.
• Work closely with Tokyo Treasury on funding limits and regional funding requirements.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance and Operations on treasury governance and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with MAS, Basel/BCBS and internal Treasury policies.
• Support Treasury transformation and automation initiatives, including M365-based tools.

Must-Have Profile

• 8–10+ years of Treasury experience within banking or financial markets.

Good to Have

• FMRP certification.
• Hong Kong SFC regulatory exposure.
• M365/Power Platform or Treasury automation experience.
• Experience in establishing issuance vehicles/funding structures.
