Job summary

Nanyang Technological University Singapore is recruiting an accomplished School Head of Administration to lead strategic planning, budgeting, and operational excellence across the School. You will oversee processes, resources and initiatives aligned with the University’s goals.

The role requires extensive leadership in administration and a strong IT/process orientation to support art, design and media programs. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized university with at least 15 years of relevant professional experience, including leadership responsibilities in administration or operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Chair to chart strategic directions and roadmaps in alignment with the University’s goals.
• Coordinate workflow processes between functions and departments within NTU.
• Drive administrative excellence as a strategic advantage for the University.
• Oversee strategic communications at the School.
• Collaborate with IT and pathway coordinators for Animation/Games, Visual Communication/Photography, Cinematic Arts and Transversal Design.
• Oversee and optimize use of resources and develop systems to support School initiatives.
• Provide budgeting planning, financial oversight and asset management for the School.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive operational improvements.
• Ensure adherence to University policies and guidelines.
