Job summary

VF Singapore Overseas Services Pte. Ltd. invites a seasoned Director to lead the Supply Chain Finance (FOB) function. You will own the enterprise Target FOB framework, drive AI-enabled costing roadmaps and partner with Brand Finance, Product Supply, and senior leadership to optimize margin across brands.

You will build governance, deliver savings, manage risk to margin, and develop a high-performing Product Cost Finance team in a full-time Singapore-based role.

Qualifications

10+ years in finance, FP&A, product costing or related field.
Experience managing people and influencing senior stakeholders.
Deep understanding of FOB, BOM, duties, tariffs and margins.
Experience designing financial frameworks, KPIs and controls across brands.

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise Target FOB framework and governance.
Lead AI-enabled costing roadmap and scalable benchmarking.
Manage cost governance reviews for margin and tariff exposure.
Develop and coach the Product Cost Finance team for accountability.
Present margin and savings opportunities to senior leadership.
Drive cross-brand consistency and data standardization.
