PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance-focused professional to strengthen our Supply Chain Cost Management capabilities in Singapore.

The role emphasizes comprehensive cost mapping, cost analysis of COGS, and advanced financial modeling to optimize sourcing strategies and logistics expenditures. The ideal candidate will work across multiple markets and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions and cost

Qualifications

Strong background in Supply Chain Finance, Costing, FP&A, Cost Analytics, or Business Finance.
Deep understanding of COGS, landed cost analysis, and distribution costs.
Proven capability in financial modeling, cost benchmarking, and scenario analysis.
Experience across multiple markets, regions, or business clusters.
Advanced analytical and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an end-to-end Supply Chain cost map across all cost components.
Analyze and drive insights on COGS, identify cost optimization opportunities.
Build financial models to evaluate sourcing strategies and cost drivers.
Create and manage an annual Supply Chain Cost Roadmap with savings initiatives.
Conduct analysis of distribution and logistics cost structures for optimization.
Prepare cluster-wise Supply Chain cost benchmarking and comparators.
