• 10+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years in supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership in global sourcing, product costing and cost engineering.

• Own the sourcing costing strategy, operating model and governance across product categories and regions.
• Translate brand plans and financial objectives into forward-looking cost projections and margin opportunities.
• Lead cost negotiations and integrated cost optimization with cross-functional partners.
