Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a finance-focused professional to lead Supply Chain Costing and FP&A initiatives, with emphasis on cost modeling and benchmarking across the end-to-end supply chain. You will develop and maintain an end-to-end cost map, analyze COGS, build financial models for sourcing decisions, and create dashboards to monitor cost drivers.

This role collaborates with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to support strategic decisions across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Supply Chain Finance, Costing, FP&A, Cost Analytics, or Business Finance.
• Deep understanding of COGS, sourcing economics, landed cost analysis, customs duties, distribution costs, and supply chain cost optimization.
• Proven capability in financial modeling, cost benchmarking, and scenario analysis.
• Experience working across multiple markets, regions, or business clusters.
• Advanced analytical and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an end-to-end Supply Chain cost map across the value chain.
• Analyze and drive insights on COGS, identifying cost optimization opportunities.
• Build financial models to evaluate sourcing strategies and cost drivers.
• Create and manage an annual Supply Chain Cost Roadmap with cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct detailed analysis of distribution and logistics cost structures.
• Prepare cluster-wise supply chain cost benchmarking including duties, freight, and other costs.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to provide financial insights.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks to monitor cost performance.
